DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy

Filing a notice

Send an email to ultron.works@gmail.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice” including:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
2. The exact URL on this site where the material appears.
3. Your name, address, email and telephone number.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What we do

We review complete notices promptly. Where a claim is valid we remove or disable access to the material and notify the uploader where applicable. Incomplete notices may be rejected until the missing elements are supplied.

Counter notices

If your material was removed and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may send a counter notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification. We will process it as the DMCA requires.

Repeat infringers

Accounts or contributors who repeatedly infringe copyright are barred from the site.
